Booking a service (e.g. arena hire, lessons, etc.) and paying online can be done in a few simple steps.
Go to the Bookable Service you are wanting to book and click on "Book Now".
Important: If you haven't added a Rider to your Profile, you will need to do so now by clicking on the orange button. Then click on the Rider icon at the top of your Profile and click "Add Rider". Don't forget to save your changes! Then you can make a booking for that Rider.
If you've already added a Rider to your Profile, you can go ahead and choose a date that suits you.
Then select a time slot and click "Confirm".
Note: Next to each time slot you will see the amount of spaces still available for that time. This is quite handy if you're wanting to book 2 children into the same lesson and you need to make sure there are 2 slots available.
Review the booking details and then select a Rider from your Profile.
If that Rider has a membership with the service provider, the member price will automatically be applied.
Then click "Continue".
The service provider might have Add Ons that you can choose to add to your booking before clicking "Continue".
Next, you can tell the service provider anything important they should know about your booking in the Booking Note and add a Discount Coupon to your booking (if they have given you one).
Don't forget to read and accept their Terms & Conditions before clicking "Pay with Stripe".
This will redirect to Stripe's secure checkout where you can enter your credit/debit card details. If you are using a Chrome browser and are logged into your Google Account, you will be given the option to pay with Google Pay. If you are using a Safari browser and are logged into your Apple Account, you will be given the option to pay with Apple Pay. For more information about using Stripe checkout see here.
Once you have completed payment your booking will be processed. You will receive an email with confirmation of your booking details.
Your booking will be pending approval if the service was free (no payment required) and the service provider will approve it manually. You will receive email confirmation once they have approved it.
You can view your booking status and details at any time by navigating to My Hoofpick Activity - My Bookings.
And that's it - you're booked in!
