Entering an Event and paying online is quick and easy.
Go to the Event you are wanting to enter and click on Enter Event
You will see a list of the Event classes and prices* for each class.
*Price includes the Hoofpick Processing Fee
Select the class(es) you want to enter by clicking on the + icon next to it. Fill in the entry form with your Rider and Horse details. You can enter multiple Rider and Horse combinations for each class by clicking the + icon to create another entry form.
If you have saved your Rider and Horse details to your Profile, when you click in the entry form it will prepopulate with your saved details.
To remove an entry, just click on the - icon next to it.
Then click Process and ensure your entry details are all correct. If you have a membership with the event organiser, your discounted member price will be shown here (where applicable).
Remember to review and accept the organiser's Terms & Conditions before clicking on Pay with Stripe.
This will open a new secure pop up window for you to enter your credit/debit card details. You can choose to save these details for next time you enter an Event. For more information about using Stripe checkout see here.
Once you have completed payment your entry will be made. You will receive an email with confirmation of your entry details.
Your entry will be pending approval if it was free to enter (no payment required) and the organiser will approve it manually. You will receive email confirmation once they have approved it.
You can review your entry status and details at any time on your dashboard by navigating to My Bookings & Events and using the drop down to select My Event Entries.
