Entering an Event and paying online is quick and easy.
Go to the Event you are wanting to enter and click on Enter Event
You MUST add Riders and Horses to your profile before you can enter them in an event. Click on the orange button 'Add Riders & Horses HERE before entering' at the top of the entry form if you need to do this.
Any Riders and Horses saved to your Profile can be entered into a class. Select the class(es) you want to enter by clicking on the + icon next to it. Then select a Rider and Horse using the search in the Name field.
You can enter multiple Rider and Horse combinations for each class by clicking the + icon to create another entry form. To remove an entry, just click on the - icon next to it.
When you have finished entering any Riders and Horses click Process and ensure your entry details are all correct.
Remember to review and accept the organiser's Terms & Conditions before clicking on Pay with Stripe.
This will redirect to Stripe's secure checkout where you will enter your credit/debit card details. If you are using a Chrome browser and are logged into your Google Account, you will be given the option to pay with Google Pay. If you are using a Safari browser and are logged into your Apple Account, you will be given the option to pay with Apple Pay. For more information about using Stripe checkout see here.
Once you have completed payment your entry will be made. You will receive an email with confirmation of your entry details.
Your entry will be pending approval if it was free to enter (no payment required) and the organiser will approve it manually. You will receive email confirmation once they have approved it.
You can review your entry status and details at any time on your dashboard by navigating to My Hoofpick Activity and using the drop down to select My Event Entries.
