If you want to view bookings you've received for a particular Bookable Service, for example when you need to check how many riders are in a lesson, follow these simple steps:
View upcoming bookings
From your dashboard, go to Bookable Services > Appointment.
At the top of the page, use the filter option to select the specific Bookable Service (e.g. lesson) you want to check.
Make sure you’ve selected the correct month and year to display bookings for the appropriate timeframe.
Once the correct Bookable Service and date range are selected, you’ll see a list of upcoming bookings for the month you’ve chosen.
View the Appointment Date column to see a list of bookings you have on a particular day (e.g. all the riders who are scheduled for a lesson).
View past bookings
To view bookings you've previously had for a Bookable Service, follow these steps:
From your dashboard, go to Bookable Services > Appointment.
At the top of the page, use the filter option to select the specific Bookable Service you want to check.
Then filter by Past Appointment.
Make sure you’ve selected the correct month and year to display bookings from the appropriate timeframe.
View the Appointment Date column to see a list of bookings you had on a particular day.
