The Share button is available on every Hoofpick listing. It allows you to quickly share content to your Hoofpick timeline or social channels and contacts in three clicks.
There are two ways you can share:
From the dashboard
You'll find the Share button in the Action menu next to every listing you create on Hoofpick (e.g. News, Event, Bookable, Classified, etc.)
Choose where to share
Push notification to all subscribed users
Timeline on your app/website/Hoofpick hub
Social channels (Facebook, X, or LinkedIn)
Hoofpick Link (create a QR code)
You'll see a preview and can choose to include a comment, or leave it blank and just share the listing.
Customers with Hoofpick CREME can use Chapi - AI assistant to automatically generate a comment when sharing as a push notification or timeline post.
Anything you share will link straight to the listing (including push notifications), so you can drive customers back to your app/website where they can enter, book, enquire, etc.
If you share to your timeline, logged in users can engage with the content by reacting.
News posts can also receive comments. Commenting is turned off for other listings you share to your Hoofpick timeline.
From an app
You'll find the Share button at the bottom of every listing in your app.
Choose to share directly with one of your contacts or social media channels, or you can copy the link and paste it.
If you want to share to your Facebook page, click Copy, then go to your Facebook page, create a post and Paste the link.
It will automatically share with the title, short description and feature image. But you can choose to say a little more if you want!
