Due to rider cancellations, you might want to delete or remove an Event entry before or during an Event to keep track of numbers and running orders etc.
To do this, go to your dashboard and navigate to Event - Event Booking in the menu on the left.
Use the dropdowns at the top to select the Event you are deleting an entry from, then find the entry you are wanting to remove and click on the red delete button next to it.
You will be asked to click Confirm to permanently delete this entry from your Event.
The entry will now be removed.
Please note, any refunds will need to be dealt with manually either through your Stripe account or in person.
