When you have created a Membership for your riders you can keep track of all your active members.

Go to your dashboard and navigate to Membership in the menu on the left.

Select Members at the top of the page.

Now you will see a list of every Hoofpick account holder who has purchased a membership plan from you, including:

  • The Membership Title

  • The Type (i.e. Single or Multi)

  • Member ID (this is their Hoofpick ID)

  • Name

  • Email

  • Phone

  • Member until (when their membership with you expires)

To see a breakdown of riders who have been added to a purchased membership, click on the green Detail button.

For example, if they purchased your 'Family Membership' for 3 riders in their family, you would be able to see each rider's:

  • Name

  • Date of Birth

  • Registration Number (if they are an affiliated rider)

Each of these riders will have a valid membership and be able to receive the member price you set on your Bookable Services and Events until their membership expires.

Only riders who have been added to a membership (single or multi) at the time of purchase will be able to receive member prices when booking your services or entering your events.

Should you have any issues with a rider's membership, you will be able to see the name and contact details of the person who purchased this membership, and you can contact them directly.

To export this list and use the information on a spreadsheet, simply click on Export and this will download the file for you.
