If you would like to cancel a booking and request a refund for your Entry or Service Fee, you will need to contact the organiser/business directly. 

All organisers/businesses have their own refund and cancellation policy and the decision to refund is entirely up to their discretion. 

Please communicate with them directly (you will find their contact details in your Booking Confirmation or on their Hoofpick Profile). 

Should the organiser/business approve and process a refund, they will reverse your payment through Stripe and the funds will be transferred back to the bank account associated with the card you used for payment.
