What does subscribed mean?
You must enable push notifications on the device you're using (mobile phone/computer) in order to receive them.
You can subscribe to notifications any time, but the process looks a little different depending on the device, and whether you're using a mobile app or website.
Subscribe to notifications with mobile app installed
If you've installed the mobile app or added the web app to your home screen, you can manage notifications by going to your device Settings, clicking on the app, then selecting Notifications and enabling Allow Notifications.
Navigating to these settings on each device varies, this is an example of managing notifications for an app on iPhone:
Subscribe to notifications from the website
On mobile
To subscribe to notifications when visiting the website on a mobile phone, simply click the bell icon in the bottom left corner and select Subscribe. Or navigate to Connect > Notifications from the menu in the top right corner and click Subscribe to push notifications.
On desktop
To subscribe to notifications when visiting the website from a computer, simply click the bell icon in the bottom left corner and select Subscribe. Or navigate to Connect > Notifications from the menu in the top right corner and click Subscribe to push notifications.
