You can decide which content you want to make accessible in your app by finding the app URL and adding it to a Menu Label.

Go to your Hoofpick dashboard on a web browser and navigate to Integration in the menu on the left.

This is where you can integrate your Hoofpick content with your Website and Facebook Page, but you can also find the app URLs to embed in your app.

To do this, use the dropdown menu to select a category from Hoofpick that you would like to include in your app e.g. Classifieds.

Then click on the Preview button to get the embed view of all your active Classifieds on Hoofpick.

In the URL at the top of this Preview page, add the word 'app' following where it says:
'eservices' or
'eclassifieds' or
'eevents' or
'eblogs'
and then hit Enter to load the app URL for this page.

If you want to direct people to a specific Bookable Service / Event / Classified / Blog, simply click on it from the Preview page e.g. Livery.

This should open the app URL for this Classified listing, but make sure it still says 'app' in the URL.

Using these URLs (as an example), you can either direct people to all your Classifieds, or specifically to Livery when they tap the Menu Label in your app.

Now that you have the app URL, open a new tab/window on your browser and navigate to Settings - Mobile App - Mobile App Settings and find the Menu Label you want to edit or add this URL to.

Copy and paste the app URL into any of the following Menu Labels:

Slider Menu Label:

  • Give the Menu Label a name such as 'Classifieds'
  • Copy and paste the URL into the Slider Url field
  • Choose an Icon (select from the dropdown)

Category Menu Label:

  • Give the Menu Label a name such as 'Classifieds'
  • Copy and paste the URL into the Category Url field
  • Choose an Image (upload a JPEG or PNG file from your device)

Main Menu Labels:

  • Give the Menu Label a name such as 'Classifieds'
  • Copy and paste the URL into the Url field

When you have finished adding or changing the Menu Labels, scroll to the bottom of the Mobile App Settings and click Update.

Your app will be updated instantly to reflect these changes (you may need to close your app and reopen it).
