If you are adding a new Staff member to your account and their email address is not accepted, you will receive a message saying: 'The Email field must contain a unique value.'
This is because they have already registered their email address on Hoofpick (either online or through a Hoofpick App). They will be able to access their personal Hoofpick account using that email address and the password they registered with.
However, to access Classifieds / Events / Bookable Services / Blogs you assign to them through your Hoofpick account, they will need separate log in details to see the Staff dashboard.
Ask them for an email address which they haven't registered with before and then add them as Staff with this email address.
After you've added them to your account, advise them to check their email for their Staff Log in details. Once logged in they can change their password.
